AI-Native Production: Orange’s First 100% Generative Campaing

I was part of the core team that delivered Orange’s first-ever marketing campaign generated entirely through Artificial Intelligence. This project was a landmark in AI-Native production, where the challenge was not just generating imagery, but ensuring it met the rigorous quality and branding standards of a global telecommunications leader.

My role focused on optimizing the AI pipeline and technical post-production. We received initial stills that required deep refinement—correcting errors and enhancing details—to ensure they would transition smoothly into high-quality video generation.

A critical part of the success was the Hybrid Workflow I implemented to solve AI’s inherent limitations. I handled the complex tracking and compositing required to place brand logos onto moving devices and screens (such as the motorcycle dashboard) which the generative models could not yet render with precision. By blending generative outputs with traditional VFX tracking, I ensured a seamless, brand-safe result. This project proves that high-end AI production is a collaborative process between emerging technology and professional craftsmanship.
