Building the Design System for Serena Estudio: Translating Vision into Modular Infrastructure

Working alongside the Creative Director at Serena Estudio, I was responsible for the Art Direction and Design System development that brought the ‘Ender’ workflow to life. The goal was to launch a new studio model that didn’t yet exist—a modular ecosystem where various departments (Motion Graphics, 3D, AI, and Production) could seamlessly integrate and scale.

My role was to translate the abstract vision into a functional, adaptable design system. I engineered a visual language based on a modular grid and shared variables that allowed each department to maintain its unique identity while remaining part of a unified, high-performance ‘world.’ By building this systematic framework, I ensured that the brand wasn’t just an aesthetic layer, but a strategic tool capable of communicating a complex, innovative workflow to global clients. This project demonstrates my ability to bridge the gap between high-level creative concepts and rigorous, scalable design execution.
