Scalable Visual Systems: Orange TV Rebranding & Modular ID Architecture

For the Orange TV rebranding, I was part of the core team responsible for transforming static art direction into a high-volume motion graphics engine. Our challenge wasn’t just to follow the new brand guidelines, but to engineer a production-ready system in After Effects that could handle the ‘infinite’ versions required for a major telecom launch.

I focused on translating the art direction into smart, reusable templates. By building modular projects with complex expressions and automated rigging, I ensured that any designer on the team could swap content, adjust timing, and export new IDs in minutes while staying 100% true to the original brand DNA. This shift from ‘manual creation’ to ‘systematic execution’ allowed us to deliver a massive volume of assets with zero visual drift, proving that high-quality design can—and should—be built for scale.
